Amends Section 633.356 of the Iowa Code to allow successors of a deceased person with a very small estate (gross value of $50,000 or less) to access undistributed child support payments owed to the decedent

Applies when Child Support Services or the Collection Services Center holds child support payments that were owed to the deceased person but not yet distributed

Requires Child Support Services to create and make available a standardized affidavit form that successors can use to collect the held child support funds

Expands existing small estate affidavit procedures to specifically include undistributed child support as property that can be claimed through this simplified process
