Prohibits the state commissioner of elections from publishing candidates' home addresses in any publicly available publications associated with the certification of nominations

Allows elected officials serving on the general assembly, county boards of supervisors, city councils, or school district boards of directors to request their home address be excluded from official government publications

Requires affidavits of candidacy for partisan nominations, nonparty political organization nominations, and nominations by petition to include a statement acknowledging the candidate's awareness of their right to request home address exclusion under Section 70A.40

Amends multiple sections of Iowa Code (43.18, 43.22, 43.67, 44.3, 45.3, and 70A.40) to implement these address privacy protections for candidates and elected officials
