Adds geese to the list of animals that agricultural property owners or tenants can take, capture, shoot, or destroy without prior permission when deemed a nuisance

Applies to owners or tenants of agricultural property or associated residences located outside city corporate limits

Existing law already allows this exception for raccoons, opossums, and skunks; geese would now be included

Allows use of cage traps, dog-proof traps, or shooting to take nuisance geese outside of open hunting season

Does not override federal protections: certain goose species remain protected under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, and violators may face federal penalties
