Expands the definition of "premises" for Class "A" native distilled spirits licenses to include noncontiguous locations, beyond the current requirement that premises be contiguous

Allows locations separated from the main premises only by public waterways, roads, or carrier rights-of-way to qualify as part of the licensed premises

Permits any number of locations in the same general location as the main premises to be included under a single license

Authorizes additional warehouse or warehouses located elsewhere to be part of the licensed premises

Requires all noncontiguous locations to be approved by the federal Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury
