Sets eligibility requirements for expedited licensure including graduation from an accredited podiatric medical school, passing national board exams, completing an approved residency, holding specialty certification, and having no disciplinary history or criminal convictions

Requires member boards to report public disciplinary actions and share investigative information through a coordinated database system, with automatic license suspension in all member states if a physician's license is revoked in their principal license state

Takes effect when at least four states enact the compact, with states able to withdraw by repealing the compact statute with one year's notice
