Recognizes the cultural contributions of Irish immigrants to the United States and the role of Irish Americans in supporting Ireland.

Acknowledges the Good Friday Agreement's framework allowing differing political traditions to pursue either remaining part of the United Kingdom or supporting Irish unity through democratic and peaceful means.

Celebrates the establishment of the American Irish State Legislators Caucus to foster and strengthen U.S.-Ireland relations.

Directs a copy of the resolution be sent to Senator Mark Daly, Chair of the Senate of Ireland, and the national chairpersons of the American Irish State Legislators Caucus.
