Mandates clear and conspicuous disclosure of an updated notice in purchase agreements explaining that the administrative fee is not an official or legally required fee

Violations constitute unlawful practice under Iowa Code section 714.16, with remedies including injunctive relief, disgorgement of money or property, and civil penalties up to $40,000 per violation
