Allows courts to enter ex parte orders suspending child support or medical support when a juvenile court order under Chapter 232 places custody of the child with the parent obligated to pay support

Permits the party owed support to file an application to terminate the suspension order when the child's custody is returned to them, effective on the date the termination order is entered

Establishes a 15-calendar-day window for any party, including child support services, to file an objection to an ex parte suspension or termination order

Requires the district court clerk to schedule a hearing on any objection within seven calendar days and provide notice to the parties

Directs the Iowa Supreme Court to prescribe and distribute a standard form for parties to use when filing applications for suspension or termination of support suspension
