Replaces the current system where the General Assembly sets judicial salaries annually through appropriations bills with a formula-based calculation tied to federal district judge salaries

Increases state district judge salaries over four fiscal years from 71% (FY2026) to 75% (FY2028 and beyond) of the annual compensation for a U.S. district judge

Sets other judicial officer salaries as percentages of the state district judge salary: chief justice 124%, supreme court justices 119%, court of appeals chief judge 111%, court of appeals judges 107%, judicial district chief judges 104%, district associate/juvenile/probate judges 89%, magistrates 27%, and senior judges 6%

Allows the Iowa Supreme Court to provide lower salaries if appropriations are insufficient to fund the full allowable amounts or if other good cause exists

Takes effect June 20, 2025, and also affects county attorney salaries in counties with populations of 200,000 or less by operation of law
