Amends Iowa Code section 650.14 to clarify that boundary lines and corners recognized and acquiesced in by neighboring landowners for 10 years become permanently established through self-execution of the law

Specifies that once an acquiesced boundary is permanently established, subsequent common ownership of the adjacent tracts does not terminate the previously established boundary and corners

Allows adjoining property owners to recognize and acquiesce to new boundaries and corners, which become permanently established if mutually accepted for a subsequent 10-year period
