Adds all species of geese to the list of animals that property owners or tenants can destroy or dispose of as nuisances without prior permission, regardless of hunting season

Applies to owners or tenants of agricultural property or associated residences located outside city corporate limits

Allows taking geese using cage traps, dog-proof traps, or shooting when the owner or tenant in good faith deems the geese to be a nuisance

Does not apply to geese listed under the federal Endangered Species Act or listed as endangered by the Iowa Natural Resource Commission

Notes that certain goose species are federally protected under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, and violations may result in federal penalties
