Eliminates the annual allocation of 50 nonresident deer hunting licenses and 25 nonresident wild turkey hunting licenses that were previously provided to state officials and local development groups to promote Iowa to nonresident guests and dignitaries

Amends Section 483A.24 of the Iowa Code by striking subsections 3 and 4, which authorized these promotional license allocations

Retains the program allowing up to 75 nonresident deer hunting licenses and up to 25 nonresident turkey hunting licenses for disabled veterans and active-duty military personnel who were disabled during service, issued through organizations conducting hunting experiences for disabled persons
