Requires courts finding joint physical care inappropriate to cite specific reasons using the factors listed in Iowa Code section 598.41, subsection 3

Sets the evidentiary standard at preponderance of the evidence for determining that temporary joint physical care is inappropriate

Amends Iowa Code section 598.10, subsection 1, paragraph b governing temporary custody orders in dissolution proceedings
