Replaces the term "pregnant person" with "pregnant female" throughout Iowa Code sections 707.7 (feticide), 707.8 (nonconsensual termination of pregnancy), and 708.2 (assault against a pregnant individual).

Amends feticide statutes covering intentional termination of pregnancy after the second trimester with consent, which is classified as a class "C" felony, and attempted feticide as a class "D" felony.

Updates nonconsensual termination provisions including termination during forcible felony (class "B" felony), during other felonies (class "C" felony), and by force or intimidation (class "C" felony).

Modifies assault statute language where assault against someone known to be pregnant is elevated to a class "D" felony.
