Increases the maximum annual reimbursement to the Attorney General from the Second Injury Fund for workers' compensation from $450,000 to $900,000.

Requires the reimbursement amount to be adjusted annually based on increases in the Consumer Price Index, as tabulated by the federal Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Annual adjustments must be rounded to the nearest $5 since the previous reimbursement.

The Attorney General must appoint a staff member to represent the State Treasurer and the fund in all proceedings and matters arising under the workers' compensation subchapter.

The Commissioner of Insurance must consider the reimbursement to the Attorney General as an outstanding liability when determining funding availability.
