Performance metrics must include pretrial discretion data (percentage of cases with bond set below schedule, frequency of own recognizance releases for violent vs. nonviolent offenses), sentencing outcomes (sentences below statutory/prosecutor recommendations, deferred judgments and suspended sentences), appellate reversal rates, and courtroom efficiency measures

Judicial branch must create and maintain a public website with search-by-county and search-by-name functionality to access judge performance data

Website must display each judge's individual performance statistics alongside average performance statistics for their judicial district

Judges may include a personal statement of up to 500 words explaining their judicial philosophy or addressing specific data trends
