State Board of Education must submit an annual report to the general assembly and governor by October 1 identifying each complaint or incident of antisemitism at community colleges, regents institutions, and public school districts from the prior academic year.

Community colleges, the State Board of Regents, and each public school district must submit reports to the State Board of Education by September 1 annually documenting antisemitism complaints and incidents at their respective institutions.

Reports must include findings and outcomes of any investigations conducted into antisemitism complaints or incidents.

State Board of Regents must conduct an annual review of policies related to antisemitic actions and speech at regents institutions and include those findings in their report.

"Antisemitism" is defined according to section 216F.1 of Iowa Code for purposes of this reporting requirement.
