Requires the Department of Management to submit semi-annual reports to the General Assembly starting January 1, 2027, listing future major maintenance projects for state information technology infrastructure that will need appropriations.

Requires the Department of Administrative Services to submit semi-annual reports starting January 1, 2027, on major maintenance projects for state buildings and facilities, excluding those under the Board of Regents, DOT, DNR, and Department of Public Defense.

Requires the State Board of Regents to submit semi-annual reports starting January 1, 2027, on major maintenance projects for buildings, facilities, and IT infrastructure at institutions it governs.

Each report must include project title, priority category (life/health/safety risk, damaged, ADA compliance, scheduled maintenance, efficiency, or demolition/decommission), estimated immediacy, controlling entity, funding request amount, and a running total for all projects.
