Requires public school district boards to adopt dress code policies for students in grades K-12, mandating attire that is appropriate for educational settings, presentable, and promotes personal hygiene, neatness, and modesty.

Establishes minimum dress code standards including: clothing must be clean and in good repair, free of language/symbols promoting illegal activities; attire must adequately cover the body with no exposed undergarments or midriffs; footwear required at all times; gang-related attire prohibited.

Applies dress code requirements to all school-related activities including regular school hours, extracurricular activities, and school-sponsored events unless otherwise specified by the district.

Requires school boards to establish enforcement procedures with consequences for violations (verbal warnings, parent notification, disciplinary actions) and provide reasonable accommodations for religious beliefs, medical needs, or other legally protected circumstances.

Extends the same dress code requirements to charter schools and innovation school zones, with the Act applying to school years beginning on or after July 1, 2026.
