Requires original farm equipment manufacturers to provide diagnostic tools, documentation, embedded software, and replacement parts needed to repair diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) systems in farm equipment to equipment owners and independent repair providers.

Defines diesel exhaust fluid systems as those using selective catalytic reduction with digital electronic components, and applies to diesel-powered equipment used exclusively for agricultural production.

Grants the Attorney General authority to adopt administrative rules and enforce the chapter, with district courts able to issue injunctions for violations.

Protects manufacturer trade secrets from disclosure requirements and preserves existing agreements between interest holders and authorized repair providers, while prohibiting manufacturers from voiding warranties solely based on independent repairs.

Establishes civil penalties of up to $1,000 per violation, with each day of violation constituting a separate offense.
