Unit owners associations (HOAs/condos) must provide certification stating whether dues, fees, or assessments are paid in full or delinquent, and must identify any known future assessments.

Fees charged by unit owners associations for providing required records cannot exceed the estimated cost of production, and upon request, associations must provide documentation supporting the fee amount.

Buyers or their agents must provide sellers with portions of home inspection reports relating to remediation requests, rather than the full report as previously required.

Sellers may cancel the purchase contract without penalty if the buyer fails to provide the applicable portions of the home inspection report upon request.
