Expands public meeting notice requirements to include three mandatory methods: advising news media who have filed notice requests, posting in a prominent location annually designated by the governmental body that is visible at all times, and posting on any government-maintained internet site or online presence

Requires that if a tentative agenda is amended within the required notice timeframe, the governmental body must mark the agenda "AMENDED," identify the changed provisions, and provide new notice through all required methods

Mandates at least 24 hours advance notice for meeting cancellations, in addition to the existing 24-hour notice requirement for meeting commencement

Applies to electronic meetings of governmental bodies under Code section 21.8, as well as notices for veterans preference appointments and employment (Code section 35C.1) and whole grade sharing agreements (Code section 282.11)
