Requires school district boards of directors by July 1, 2026, to mandate annual, evidence-based training on educator mental wellness, including self-identification and mitigation of negative mental health symptoms for all licensed school personnel with regular K-12 student contact

Requires separate annual, evidence-based training on student social and emotional wellness, including identification and mitigation of negative mental health symptoms in students, for the same personnel

Training on educator mental wellness must occur within the first 60 days of the school calendar; training on student wellness must take place in January or February

All training content must be based on nationally recognized best practices

Directs the State Board of Education to adopt rules establishing qualifications required for persons who conduct each type of training
