Prohibits satellite absentee voting stations from being located on school property when the ballot includes school-related funding questions such as bonds, instructional support programs, educational improvement programs, physical plant and equipment levies, or public education and recreation levies

Requires county commissioners to remove or obscure published material displaying candidate or elected official names from voter view at satellite absentee voting stations

Requires removal or obscuring of published material relating to public measures at satellite voting stations, except for ballots, sample ballots, or envelopes

Amends Iowa Code Section 53.11 governing satellite absentee voting station requirements
