Applies to public events requiring admission fees, including concerts, theatrical performances, sporting events, exhibitions, and shows held at public or private venues

Requires ticket sellers to report known violations to the Iowa Attorney General within five calendar days upon request, and establishes an electronic reporting system for submitting violations

Classifies violations as unfair practices under Iowa Code sections 714.16 and chapter 714H, subjecting violators to civil penalties enforceable by the Attorney General
