Provides for escalating discipline levels including suspension, permanent class removal, expulsion, or placement in alternative learning environments such as therapeutic classrooms.

Grants teachers authority to immediately remove students causing disruptions from the classroom until the principal conducts a review, with the Iowa Department of Education required to develop and distribute model policies for compliance.
