Requires insurance coverage and Medicaid coverage for annual lung cancer screenings using low-dose computed tomography for at-risk individuals age 40 and older

Defines "at-risk individual" as someone who has smoked or experienced secondhand smoke regularly, has an immediate family member diagnosed with lung cancer, or has been regularly exposed to asbestos, radon, arsenic, nickel, chromium, tar, or soot at home or work

Prohibits health carriers from imposing cost-sharing (copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, or other out-of-pocket expenses) for the required lung cancer screening coverage

Applies to individual and group accident/sickness insurance, hospital/medical service contracts, health maintenance organization contracts, and public employee plans delivered or renewed on or after January 1, 2027

Directs the department to seek any federal waiver necessary for the Medicaid program to provide this coverage, with implementation contingent on waiver approval
