Creates a nonpublic school safety infrastructure fund in the state treasury under the Department of Education's control to provide competitive grants to accredited nonpublic schools for safety and security infrastructure projects

Transfers $1 million annually from the Secure an Advanced Vision for Education (SAVE) fund to the nonpublic school safety infrastructure fund beginning July 1, 2026 (FY 2027)

Authorizes the Department of Education to accept gifts, grants, bequests, private contributions, and state or federal funds for deposit into the fund

Unawarded fund moneys do not revert at fiscal year-end but remain available for future expenditure, and interest earned stays credited to the fund

Requires the Department of Education to adopt rules specifying applicant eligibility, eligible items for funding, application process, and maximum grant awards
