Mandates revocation of professional licenses, certificates, or authorizations for individuals terminated under these provisions, with licensing boards required to revoke credentials.

Establishes civil penalties for state entities found in violation: $50,000 for entities with budgets under $100 million and $100,000 for entities with budgets of $100 million or more, deposited into the state general fund.

Creates enforcement mechanisms allowing any person to notify the attorney general of potential school district violations, and permits students, alumni, or employees to bring civil actions for injunctive relief against school districts.

Adds grounds for denying teaching license applications or renewals if the applicant's employment was previously terminated under these DEI-related provisions.
