Amends Iowa Code section 261E.8 governing the district-to-community college sharing or concurrent enrollment program for students in grades 9-12

Requires students to enroll in the in-person version of a community college course when both in-person and online instruction options are available for the same course

Allows school district superintendents to authorize individual students to take the online version of a course instead of the in-person option

Mandates school boards to annually approve courses eligible for high school credit using locally developed criteria focused on academic rigor and postsecondary preparation

Requires school districts and community colleges to send written notice to students, parents/guardians, and the school district listing the course, clock hours, and college credits to be earned upon successful completion
