Amends Iowa Code section 261E.8 governing the district-to-community college sharing or concurrent enrollment program, which allows high school students to earn college credits through community college courses.

Requires parents or guardians of minor students to reimburse the school district or accredited nonpublic school if the student fails a community college-offered class or a class taught by a community college-employed instructor.

Students who are 18 or older, or who are emancipated minors, are personally responsible for the reimbursement rather than their parents or guardians.

Reimbursement is only required upon request from the school district or accredited nonpublic school through which the student accessed the program.

The reimbursement amount equals what the school district or nonpublic school paid to the community college under their contract for that student's participation in the failed course.
