Requires Iowa school districts to incorporate age-appropriate Holocaust education for middle and high school students beginning no later than the 2027-2028 school year

Mandates instruction covering the causes and ramifications of the Holocaust, history of antisemitism, the Third Reich dictatorship, concentration camps, Jewish and non-Jewish resistance, and post-World War II trials

Requires school districts to include Holocaust education in professional development plans for teachers who provide instruction in relevant courses

Designates approved curriculum sources including the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Yad Vashem, the Illinois Holocaust Museum, and Echoes and Reflections partnership

Directs the Department of Education to submit annual reports by October 1 to the governor and general assembly on the number of school districts offering Holocaust education
