Expands Medicaid for Employed Persons with Disabilities (MEPD) eligibility from families with income below 250% of the federal poverty level to those below 300% of the federal poverty level

Excludes pension fund assets from consideration when determining MEPD asset eligibility, in addition to existing exclusions for retirement accounts and medical savings accounts

Requires the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services to maintain a webpage for electronic payment of MEPD premiums

Clarifies that payment of a premium does not automatically confer program eligibility; premiums paid on behalf of ineligible individuals must be refunded

Maintains existing premium requirements based on a sliding fee schedule for individuals whose income exceeds 150% of the federal poverty guidelines
