Enacts the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact, allowing Iowa to join other states in mutual recognition of psychologist licenses for cross-border practice.

Authorizes licensed psychologists to provide telepsychology services across state lines and temporary in-person practice for up to 30 days per calendar year in other compact states.

Establishes the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact Commission to administer the agreement, including collecting fees, enforcing compliance, and facilitating information sharing on licensure and disciplinary actions.

Requires psychologists to meet home state licensure requirements and comply with the laws of any receiving state where they provide services under the compact.

Creates a coordinated database system for sharing psychologist licensure and enforcement information among participating states to protect public health and safety.
