Amends Iowa Code Section 455B.174 to require the Department of Natural Resources to create a public, searchable online database of drinking water sample data in accordance with the federal Safe Drinking Water Act.

Database must allow users to search water sample data by specific contaminant type, location, and public water supply system, with filtering capability by sampling date.

Posted data must include levels of all tested contaminants, specifically including nitrates, for all water sampling conducted by public water supply systems.

Department's website must be in compliance within six months after the bill's effective date.
