Defines "nonmedical pregnancy resource centers" as unlicensed entities that provide pregnancy counseling, child-rearing resources, and adoption referrals but do not provide abortion referrals.

Requires these centers to publicly disclose in large, boldface type that they are not licensed health care providers, including information about the nearest hospital or clinic providing delivery services, displayed at entrances, on websites, in advertising, and on all office forms.

Mandates that any ultrasounds performed at these centers must be conducted by a licensed health care provider qualified to interpret results, and requires centers to comply with HIPAA confidentiality standards.

Prohibits governmental entities from entering into, renewing, or extending contracts with nonmedical pregnancy resource centers, and repeals the More Options for Maternal Support (MOMS) program by August 31, 2026.

Appropriates $1,000,000 for fiscal year 2026-2027 to increase Medicaid reimbursement rates for labor and delivery services, with remaining unobligated MOMS program funds also transferred for this purpose.
