Declares any employer-imposed restrictions on pharmacists or practitioners that violate this prohibition to be unenforceable, regardless of whether documented in contracts, agreements, employee handbooks, or other means

Prevents employers from taking disciplinary action against pharmacists or practitioners based on prohibited restrictions

Protects pharmacists and practitioners who use medications or treatments consistent with their professional judgment and scope of practice from licensee discipline

Applies to practitioners including physicians, dentists, podiatric physicians, prescribing psychologists, veterinarians, optometrists, physician assistants, and advanced registered nurse practitioners
