Requires physically able students in kindergarten through grade 5 to engage in a minimum of 30 consecutive minutes of physical activity per school day, in addition to the required physical education curriculum

Prohibits schools from using physical education classes to satisfy the 30-minute physical activity requirement

Exempts suspended or expelled students from the physical activity requirement

Allows schools to prevent students from participating in the required physical activity only under specific circumstances: student poses a safety danger, inclement weather forces relocation of outdoor activities, early dismissal due to unforeseen circumstances, or student absence during scheduled activity time
