Requires governmental bodies to provide meeting notices through three methods: advising news media who have filed a notice request, posting in a prominent location designated annually by the body that is visible at all times, and posting on any official website or internet presence maintained by the body

Mandates that amended meeting agendas be marked "AMENDED" with the specific changes identified, and requires new notice to be given following the same notification procedures

Requires at least 24 hours advance notice for meeting cancellations, with as much notice as reasonably possible when good cause makes the 24-hour requirement impossible or impractical

Applies to electronic meetings of governmental bodies under Code section 21.8, public appointment and employment notices under veterans preference laws (Code section 35C.1), and whole grade sharing agreement notices for schools (Code section 282.11)
