Extends the deadline for school district reorganization and dissolution incentives from July 1, 2024, to July 1, 2030

Provides a reduced uniform levy as an incentive for school districts that reorganize on or before July 1, 2030

Allows districts with whole grade sharing agreements that adopt a resolution to study reorganization or dissolution to receive supplementary weighting equal to one-tenth of the percentage of a student's school day spent in shared instruction

Permits reorganized districts to continue receiving supplementary weighting for up to three years following reorganization, equal to the funding received in the year preceding reorganization

Maintains the existing maximum six-year limitation on a school district's eligibility for supplementary weighting
