Establishes annual cost-of-living salary adjustments for legislators from 2028 through 2043, capped at 3% or the adjustment received by executive branch noncontract state employees, whichever is less

Sets new annual salaries for statewide elected executive officials effective January 1, 2027: Governor at $230,000, Lieutenant Governor at $140,000, Attorney General at $210,000, and Secretary of State, Auditor of State, Treasurer of State, and Secretary of Agriculture each at $180,000

Applies the same annual cost-of-living adjustment (capped at 3%) to statewide elected executive officials from fiscal year 2027 through fiscal year 2042
