Amends Iowa Code Section 257.14 to provide school districts with an additional year of budget adjustment eligibility when impacted by a natural disaster

Applies to districts where a major disaster has been declared by the president of the United States or where the governor has proclaimed a state of disaster emergency

The natural disaster must have occurred during the base year or the budget year preceding the base year to qualify for the additional adjustment

The additional budget adjustment amount equals the school district's budget adjustment from the base year

Current law allows districts a budget adjustment equal to the difference between the regular program district cost for the budget year and 101% of the regular program district cost for the base year
