Proposes adding Section 1A to Article VIII of the Iowa Constitution to prohibit corporations from participating in election activity, ballot-issue activity, or making financial donations to political candidates or committees.

Declares that corporate powers and privileges were never intended to include political participation, and such activities are not necessary for regular corporate purposes.

Includes an exception allowing corporations formed specifically for the creation, sale, or operation of election equipment to continue that business.

Requires publication for three months prior to the next general election, then referral to the 92nd General Assembly for adoption before submission to voters for ratification.
