Proposes adding Section 26 to Article I of the Iowa Constitution establishing an absolute right to refuse any medical procedure, treatment, injection, device, vaccine, or prophylactic without impediment or interference

Prohibits denial, abridgment, or restriction of equality of rights and liberty in public accommodations based on exercising the right to refuse medical treatment

Requires publication for three consecutive months prior to the next general election for assembly members as part of the constitutional amendment process

Must be adopted by the 92nd General Assembly before being submitted to Iowa voters for ratification
