Proposes an amendment to Article VIII of the Iowa Constitution prohibiting corporations from participating in election activity, ballot-issue activity, or making financial donations to political candidates or committees.

Declares that corporate powers and privileges were never intended to include political participation, and such activities are not necessary for regular corporate purposes.

Exempts corporations formed specifically to create, sell, or operate election equipment from the prohibition, allowing them to conduct that business.

Requires the proposed amendment to be published for three months before the next general election, then referred to the 92nd General Assembly for adoption before being submitted to voters for ratification.
