Authorizes operators to deny or limit an occupant's access to their leased space during the 15-day removal period, restricting access to office hours if specified in the rental agreement

Declares occupants who use leased storage space for residential purposes immediately in default, allowing operators to limit their access to office hours and proceed with enforcement under the chapter

Subjects any personal property remaining after the 15-day notice period to lien provisions under existing Code sections 578A.5 and 578A.7
