Appropriates $203,156,222 from the general fund to the judicial branch for FY 2025-2026 for salaries of justices, judges, magistrates, court administrators, clerks, juvenile court officers, and related staff, as well as maintenance, equipment, and miscellaneous purposes

Allocates $3,600,000 to the revolving fund for jury and witness fees, mileage, interpreter and translator costs, and reimbursement of attorney fees paid by the state public defender

Provides $3,290,000 for court-ordered services for juveniles under juvenile court supervision, with up to $1,556,000 allocated for school-based supervision and restrictions preventing courts from ordering services if insufficient funds are available

Appropriates $12,253,000 for juvenile delinquent graduated sanctions services, with unencumbered funds remaining available until the close of FY 2028-2029

Permits civil trials to take place in contiguous counties if all parties agree, allows judicial officers to waive travel reimbursement, and authorizes the supreme court to place judicial officers on unpaid leave when court employees are furloughed
