Requires the Iowa Department of Workforce Development to establish a process allowing unemployment benefit claimants and employers to submit information separately before fact-finding interviews, without the other party present.

Information submitted by one party must be shared with the other party after each party's statement during the joint fact-finding meeting interview.

Either party may request to receive the other party's submitted information without the other party present.

Both claimants and employers must be given an opportunity to provide a rebuttal or response to the other party's information before the department's initial determination on the claim's validity.

All information submitted through this process is subject to the same standards as other information obtained during the unemployment benefits fact-finding process.
