Appropriates $11,672,266 from the general fund to the Department of Justice for FY 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027) for the general office of attorney general, including prosecuting attorneys training, federal violence against women grant matching funds, victim assistance grants, and odometer fraud enforcement.

Allocates $5,166,708 for victim assistance grants, with $150,000 specifically designated for services to human trafficking victims and the remainder for services to other violent crime victims.

Provides $2,634,601 for legal services for persons in poverty grants and $202,060 to improve the Department of Justice's cybersecurity and technology infrastructure.

Authorizes up to 24 full-time equivalent positions for victim compensation functions, plus an additional 7 FTE positions (one accountant and four program planners) contingent on receiving sufficient federal funding.

Requires the Department of Justice to transfer at least $150,000 from the victim compensation fund to the victim assistance grant program and to maintain records of estimated time spent representing each agency or department.
