Appropriates $202,691,378 from the general fund to the Iowa judicial branch for FY 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027) for salaries of judges, court administrators, clerks, juvenile court officers, and related staff, plus maintenance and equipment costs.

Allocates $3,600,000 to a revolving fund for jury and witness fees, mileage, juror summoning costs, interpreter and translator fees, and reimbursement of public defender attorney fees.

Provides $3,290,000 for court-ordered services for juveniles under juvenile court supervision, with up to $1,556,000 designated for school-based supervision and $25,000 for training.

Prohibits district or juvenile courts from ordering state-charged services under section 232.141 when insufficient funds remain in the judicial district's distribution, and bars courts from ordering counties to pay for such juvenile services.

Authorizes the state court administrator to distribute court-ordered services funds to judicial districts within 30 days of annual census data release, with chief juvenile court officers encouraged to transfer funds between districts as needed.
